Program Fees

 All-Inclusive Program Fees: $6500

Tuition: up to 9 US university credits (subject to course selection) for the summer school in Catania and Pisa. Students will also gain ECTS credits from the University of Pisa covering the entire program. Students choosing the cooking school module will receive “Gambero Rosso Cooking School Certification” (up to 18 cooking hours).

→  Housing: in 4* hotels while in Sicily. In 3* hotels while in Pisa

→   Meals: organised tastings and group dinners plus vouchers to subsidise breakfast and lunch (or dinner) from Monday to Friday to use at selected restaurants, cafés and food stores.

→  Transportation: from and to the airports of Catania (upon arrival and departure) and Pisa (upon arrival and departure); from and to the different study locations in Sicily and Tuscany. From Catania to Pisa

→  Cultural activities: day trips to nearby towns, local wine makers, local gastronomes and farms. Cooking workshops with Sicilian restaurateurs; cultural excursions; visits to local markets and local sagre (local food festivals).
